Apple Pay Now live in United Kingdom


Banks and Merchants are getting ready for Apple Pay from a long time in United Kingdom, But now wait is over and today Apple Pay officially launched in United Kingdom and its available in England, Scotland, Wales and Nothern Ireland.

Apple Pay works at stores which support Apple Pay and Apple also require NFC which only built-in iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus but users owing Apple Watch with their iPhone 5, iPhone 5s can also use Apple Pay Through Apple Watch.

The banks and credit cards that support Apple Pay are listed at Apple Pay site and they are American Express, First Direct, HSBC, Nationwide, NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Santander, and Ulster Bank. And other banks which are coming in future are Barclays, MBNA, TSB, and more are expected to add support. Customers can add their supported banks Credits and debits card in Passbook App and start using it.

Apple Pay supports 250,000 location in United Kingdom ranging from Fast Food shops to every type of Retail stores.A detailed list of Apple Pay supporter is available on Apple's site.

Apple Launched Apple Pay back in October 2014, after 9 months Apple expands its service to United Kingdon and its rumored to be launched in Canada and China.
