Apple Pay to reach China in February 2016

Apple will debut Apple Pay in China by Chinese Spring Festival Holiday on 8 February 2016, which is Chinese New Year.

According to the report, Apple has recently dealt with China's big four state-run banks to launch Apple Pay in the country, but the company could still see regulatory obstacles in China. China's bug four state-run banks include the Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of China.

China already has electronic payment platforms that include Alipay the service from Alibaba and Tenpay which are the largest two E-Payment systems in the country.


Apple is already making more business from China Than any other market. China's market is about to overtake the United States.

Apple has launched the Payment service in Australia and Canada in the previous week with the exclusive support of American Express. Apple Pay will reach Hong Kong, Singapore and Spain in 2016. Apple is determined to make Apple Pay a international Payment service.

China was rumored for the launch of Apple Pay even before launch in the United Kingdom. Tim Cook has said words like "very bullish" for launching Apple Pay in China.

Apple posts a guided tour of Apple Pay for iPhone owners

After launching Apple Pay in Australia and Canada this week, Apple has just posted a video walkthrough of Apple Pay for new users. The video shows how iPhone users can verify their payments using the Touch ID while shopping at physical stores as well for purchasing apps on the App Store. 

There's also another walkthrough which shows you how to setup and manage Apple Pay via the Wallet app.

The Apple Pay is presently available in Canada, United States, United Kingdom and Australia, while Spain, Singapore, and Hong Kong will be added to the list next year.

Apple Pay to hit Canada with American Express on November 17


Apple is extending its Payment Service to the third country on this Tuesday on November 17, Launching in Canada with American Express support only. As previously Apple announced, Apple Pay launch in more countries through American Express exclusively. But the exclusiveness is limiting users to adopt Apple Pay in Canada.

Apple partnered with American express to launch Apple Pay in more countries, says The Globe and mail. The source also claims that Apple tried other Banks and Credit card companies in Canada, but they were not responsive on quick Launch in the country, So Apple made their way through American Express exclusivity in the country Quickly.

Apple debut Apple Pay in United Sates in October 2014 and they expanded the service to the United Kingdom in July of this year. Apple is further planning to reach Australia with the same partnership with American Express until the end of the year and to even more countries including, Spain, Singapore, Hong Kong next year

Apple Pay to hit Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Spain


Today Apple announced fiscal report of Q4 2015, during the earning call Apple announced the partnership with American Express that will help Apple Pay to work in a lot more countries.

The partnership will help Apple to launch Apple Pay to Canada and Australia later this year and to Spain, Hong Kong and Singapore in early 2016.

Apple launched Apple Pay in the United States in 2014, but Apple Pay took a lot of time to reach other countries and it just reached United Kingdom after nearly a year after the launch in the US. But except these two countries Apple Pay is not available in any country.

There is no detailed information on when other banks in Australia, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong  and Spain will start accepting Apple Pay. The Initial launch of Apple Pay will be Limited to American Express users.

You must have an American Express bank account to use Apple Pay after launch in above-mentioned countries.

Barclays to start supporting Apple Pay in United Kingdom from early next year


Back in July Apple launched Apple Pay in United Kingdom at more than 250,000 locations across England, Scotland, Nothern Ireland and Wales many banks supported Apple Pay but Barclays remain in list of Banks that didn't support Apple Pay.

But Barclays committed the Bank will Support the mobile payment system in future, Barclay's CEO of Personal and Corporate Banking Ashok Vaswani told a customer by email that Bank will start supporting Apple Pay in early 2016.

"We have signed up for ApplePay and will launch it very early in the New Year. We truly value your custom and hope that you continue to bank with us particularly since we are launching this shortly"

An high-level executive at Barclays claimed that the Bank will anticipate "imminent" support for Apple Pay and then the Bank officially confirmed that it will support Apple Pay soon, But didn't gave any date of launch.

Barclays is one of the four big Banks of United Kingdom who is adopting Apple Pay. Banks that are already supporting Apple Pay include Bank of Scotland, First Direct, Halifax, HSBC, Lloyds Bank, M&S Bank, MBNA, Nationwide, NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Santander and Ulster Bank.

HSBC and First Direct customers can now use Apple Pay in United Kingdom

Apple unveiled its brand new payment program in United Kingdom earlier this month but today Apple Added HSBC and First Direct banks Credit Card and Debit Card  support to it, This program is working in United States from 20 October of 2014.

After Apple Added these two banks in Support list Now Apple Pay Supports banks including, Natwest, Santander, Nationwide, RBS, Ulster Bank, HSBC, First Direct, MBNA, and American Express.Now nine banks in Unite Kingdom are Supporting Apple pay.

Even without a big start Apple Pay is very successful in United Kingdom, the reason could be people in U.K are not new to NFC Payments, but with the Addition of these two banks "HSBC" and "First Direct" the service is going be grow even more.

Apple is also readying to add more banks support to Apple Pay theses banks include, Bank of Scotland, Halifax, Lloyds Bank, M&S Bank and TSB.


We also got the rumor that apple is planning to launch Apple Pay in Canada and china.

Apple Pay Now live in United Kingdom


Banks and Merchants are getting ready for Apple Pay from a long time in United Kingdom, But now wait is over and today Apple Pay officially launched in United Kingdom and its available in England, Scotland, Wales and Nothern Ireland.

Apple Pay works at stores which support Apple Pay and Apple also require NFC which only built-in iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus but users owing Apple Watch with their iPhone 5, iPhone 5s can also use Apple Pay Through Apple Watch.

The banks and credit cards that support Apple Pay are listed at Apple Pay site and they are American Express, First Direct, HSBC, Nationwide, NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Santander, and Ulster Bank. And other banks which are coming in future are Barclays, MBNA, TSB, and more are expected to add support. Customers can add their supported banks Credits and debits card in Passbook App and start using it.

Apple Pay coming to United Kingdom in July

The mobile payment service from Apple "Apple Pay" was working only in United States will start working in United Kingdom in July with 250,000  merchant locations in United kingdom, The service will to also provided in London transportation.

Apple said users will be able to discover 50 million card memberships so can get reward and many other brand will join Apple Pay including the bigger ones. And Apple is introducing its service to small merchants and shop with square, A device which can read a card and it will be soon available in Apple stores.


Developers are seeing more than 2x checkout conversion rate with Apple Pay, noted the firm, saying that Pinterest will roll out support for Apple Pay next month.

Announcement for Apple Pay in United Kingdom will be at tomorrows WWDC Keynote Event


Apple's WWDC 2015 will begin tomorrow in San Francisco at Moscone center, We are already expecting a new music streaming service, Apple Pay reward program, Apple Pay in Canada, iOS 9 and the OS X 10.11, but along with this today one day before Apple's WWDC Keynote event we have received a report that tell Apple Pay announcements includes The launch of Apple Pay in United kingdom few months later.

A report at the end of 2014 told that Apple is in talks with United Kingdom banks its planning to launch Apple Pay very soon in U.K as soon as in first 6 months of 2015.Today report sheds light and says we will see official announcement of launching Apple Pay in U.K but we ill not see it in work in U.K till August, when this report was seen many other companies try mobile payment service in United Kingdom But they fail, So lets see What a power of Apple can do.

Apple has many chances to gain success because the Smartphone's 40% is owned by Apple's iPhone. Transport service in U.K has started accepting Apple Pay back in October.One major global charge is eager for Apple pay to launch in U.K. Master Card senior executive mike cowan says that the company is ready to support Apple Pay in U.K.

Along with U.K Apple is in talks with China Banks and Canadian Banks, But China banks are asking for too much profit thats why they are not reaching on any agreement.

Apple to Announce Apple Pay Rewards Program at WWDC


Apple to reveal new Reward Program for Apple Pay at Worldwide Developers Conference on 8th of June, Told by New York times in news showing payment upgrades of Apple and Google, The reports tells that Apple will reveal detail on WWDC next month.

We know some detail about the Reward Program of Apple Pay that Apple will reveal on WWDC, The program will reward users who will use Apple Pay for a purchase.

"But analysts have noted that a missing piece from Apple Pay was a rewards program to keep users returning to participating merchants. People familiar with Apple Pay said that next month, Apple will announce such a program offering perks to consumers who make purchases with the service, though they declined to reveal details."

We are receiving the rumors for Apple Pay Reward Program before it was launched in 2014, In September a report told that Apple is working on a pilot program which make Apple to work with third-party retailers to make loyalty program for Apple Pay.

Some other rumors Also hit its attach with the iAd, delivering some special ads through iBeacons and Bluetooth LE with free coupons or a little discount, But it's still not confirm that how Apple's Reward Program will actually work when it's ready for launch.

The CurrentC the Apple Pay competitor comes with pre-integrated Reward Program that works with Loyalty cards and discount for merchants. CurrentC says their Reward feature is the only one in the market and its challenging. With the upcoming feature Apple will be able to compete with the reward giving payment companies like CurrentC.

We are sure Apple could Also reveal more feature for Apple Pay at WWDC at 8th of June, But we are expecting the Launch of Apple Pay in other countries like Canada, And Canada will be the first country outside the United States.

Recent Trip of Apple CEO Tim Cook to China, he shared his photos where he spoke to the media about the new initiative Company is going place in the country and also visit the recently opened Apple Store in the Area. The photos you seeing right now are uploaded by Tim Cook on his recently opened Weibo Account. Since Tim Cook has open account on Weibo he started posted on it like he does on Twitter.

Topic on which Tim Cook most talked was Apple's initiative project in China which is recently announced. Plans for management of forest was also announced by Apple with partnership with World Wildlife Fund and also Solar projects which will Manufacture power.

The other big topic talked was, Tim Cook very much wanted to launch Apple Pay in China.
Reports also says that Apple is in talks with Chinese retailer Alibaba regarding payment method as Apple is becoming China's Number one smartphone brand passing Xiaomi.
