Apple unveiled updated iPod Touch with A8 chip, 8MP Camera and Much more
According to the GeekBench 3 benchmarks, New iPod have a 1.1Ghz A8 processor and have 1GB of RAm and iPod Touch scored 1379 on single core and 2440 while on Muti-core, they are overwhelming if compared to the previous version's 215 on single core and 410 on multicore and this make the new iPod Touch six times faster than the previous fifth generation and that's the reason before Apple saying it seventh generation instead of sixth generation because its a huge upgrade.
Apple Also fitted the 4.1 Bluetooth in iPod Touch which is new to the whole Apple family and its give less interference with LTE bands, improved power management, and better data transfer.
The new iPod touch also include 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth 4.1 and the 128GB model and The RED ( product) model will be sold by Apple exclusive and all other storage and colors options will be available everywhere like even at Apple Authorized reseller.
And Apple updated iPod Nano and iPod Shuffle with just new color option, no hardware or any upgrade and price remain the same as $149 and $49, respectively.
Apple had last upgraded iPod Touch and iPod Nano back in October 2012 and iPod Nano in September 2010.
