Apple Watch is unable to work with Tattooed wrist Properly
It has been observed that people are very happy with their Apple Watch and they are really enjoying it. But new fact is making the users tense as it didn't work properly with tattooed wrist. The sensor on the back which uses light to detect wrist is getting confused by dark tattoos. It may be the result of the material used in tattoos.
The user uploaded the video and showed how the problem occurs. So, have a look on it.
The user claims that some days ago he observe that watch is not working properly as it require passcode after even a little time period but then he contacted Apple Support they claim that the sensor in this unit is faulty and they will replace his Watch. But just after that he thought of trying it on a wrist without tattoo so he discovered that the Watch is functioning properly and the issue was because of the dark tattoo on his wrist. He told that his primary purpose to buy Apple Watch was just for workout purpose and if the issue is not gonna solved so it would be a disappointment for him.
Some says it is because Apple Watch sensor uses the light to detect the blood flow and the ink of tattoo contain pigment obtained from metal which have negative effect on sensor.
But Apple is not responding on this issue, We will update you if we see anything further.
Do you thing that its a " tattoogate " ? tell down in comments.
