Several models of iPhone 7 are being tested by Apple, claims report
Apple is testing five different models of the iPhone 7.
Apple released the iPhone 6s just a couple of months ago since then we have seen several rumors about its successor the iPhone 7. A new report published today claims that Apple has already started the testing of the iPhone 7. According to the report, presently five different models of the iPhone 7 are under the process of testing by Apple. The report says that Apple is testing a model of iPhone in which the Lightning connector is replaced with USB-C port. While, the report further claims that the other models of iPhone 7 which are under testing are equipped with multi-touch Force Touch/3D Touch technology, dual cameras, in-display fingerprint scanner and wireless charging technology.

Wireless charging technology is a feature which Apple users have been requesting since the addition of wireless charging technology in high-end Android flagships. The wireless charging technology has been our wishlist for the iPhone 7 for quite some time. The wireless charging technology would give users the privilege of charging their iPhone wirelessly without hugging the walls. We're glad that Apple is finally testing this technology. It could possibly be one of the key features of the iPhone 7. However, right now we aren't sure if wireless charging technology is going to be a part of the iPhone 7.

The multi-Force Touch/3D Touch technology probably would mean that it would allow users to press hard with two fingers on the screen to access different sort of options.

The in-display fingerprint scanner has been rumored for a long time. This technology would allow Apple to equip the fingerprint scanner into the display, probably causing the removal of the home button. It would also allow the Cupertino company to shrink those bezels for which Apple has been a victim of criticism for a long time by many tech reviewers.

While at this point of time when these technologies are currently under testing of Apple. We aren't really sure that which of those above-mentioned technologies would be featured in the final retail version of the iPhone 7. But let's hope for the best and what do you think? which of these technologies should be the part of the iPhone 7? Let us know in the comments.

HTC launches One A9 their own iPhone, may be a clone

HTC launches its latest flagship smartphone today HTC One A9, which looks nearly same as Apple's iPhone 6s, back design, even the dimension, material, color and antenna breaks are same as iPhone 6s.

HTC's One A9 have a 5-inch display with same rounded corners, have same antenna bands and the same little out camera just like latest iPhone, focusing on clone they also have nearly same colors named, Opal Silver and Carbon Gray. HTC completely neglected the fact that the Antenna bands and protruding camera they have copied is some what not praised by iPhone users.

But making a change HTC has given some more new color which will be available later this year. Just like other areas HTC tried to gave its new flagship same thickness as iPhone which is 7.1mm and 7.3mm for iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, respectively and HTC One A9 is 7.26mm thick not more then iPhone 6s Plus but less then iPhone 6s.

But the copying thing ends here because of android, HTC One A9 is equipped with a Quadcore Snapdragon 617 clocked at 1.5Ghz, up to 3GB RAM, a 13-megapixel shooter at back and 4-Ultrapixel front facing camera (Which HTC launched in HTC One m7) with starting storage option of 32GB for $399 and the storage could be expanded to 2TB using SD card as it have a SD card slot. HTC One A9 runs Latest Android Marshmallow.

Not new but HTC One A9 also comes with a fingerprint sensor. And it has built-in DAC to convert 16-bit audio to 24-bit high-resolution audio.

Possibly HTC trying get business back by making their smartphone look like iPhone as Samsung did in the past to get its business back by giving S6 a little iPhone looks.

TSMC and Samsung accounts for 58.96% and 41.04% A9 chips, respectively

Few Day ago iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s plus both were given teardown treatment, The teardown revealed so many things iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s had under the hood, including Processor frequency and RAM, But after a deep work on comparing processors of different iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s Plus, Chipswork revealed that Apple is using two different types of Processors on same generation of iPhones.

Apple is receiving A9 chips from both TSMC and Samsung and the A9 chip made by Samsung are under 14nm process and the A9 chip from TSMC is made from the 16nm process, which is slightly bigger.

Initially it was considered that the smaller 14nm chip from Samsung is being used in iPhone 6s only and iPhone 6s Plus have the TSMC's 16nm which Until an iOS developer collected data and make the statement false.

An iOS developer Hiraku Wang created an App that finds whether your iPhone is running a Samsung's 14nm chip or TSMC's 16nm chip and he gathered result from users who have tried the App and shared it with us.

The App gathered results from nearly 2,500 iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, the data gathered by the app showed that more iPhones are running TSMC's chip then the Samsung's chip, 58.96% iPhones were using TSMC's Chip and 41.04% iPhones were having Samsung's Chip.

iPhone 6s Plus nearly have a equal split of Samsung's and TSMC's chips, but Samsung is little bit more used in iPhone 6s Plus. 58.81% of iPhone 6s Plus have Samsung's Chip and 43.19% have TSMC's Chip. While taking a look at iPhone 6s, Large number of iPhone 6s uses TSMC's 16nm chip, 78.27% iPhone 6s have TSMC  and 21.73% have Samsung's chip.

Yet there is no report shedding light on Performance differences of these two chips,  But if there would be a difference it will surely not noticeable.

You can check who's A9 Chip is your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus by using Wang's Tool, it is an untrusted App and lead to problems, thing before installing it.

iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are being tested by Apple, but there's no sign of iPhone 6c

While having a glance at the data logs of Apple to see which iPhone are presently in testing, a well-known marketing company namely Fiksu says that there's evidence of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus but no clue about the iPhone 6c.

Lately, reports claimed that the 4-inch iPhone 6c has been spotted a number of times in Apple manufacturing divisions and it could be released as soon as sometime in next month.Meanwhile, the latest report by Fiksu says that the iPhone 6c probably doesn't even exist.

According to Fiksu's blog post, Fiksu says that it “did a little digging in our data to see if we could spot any new Apple hardware.” What Fiksu found were two unique device identifiers relating to an “iphone8,1″ and an “iphone8,2.” For Comparision last year’s iPhone 6 and 6 Plus were tested under the identifiers “iphone7,2″ and “iphone7,1″– indicating that Apple is currently testing the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.

Supposedly, most the usage from these devices is coming from the U.S., while some hits have arisen from Germany and Brazil.

Sadly for people waiting to get their hands on the new iPhone 6c, however, Fiksu says that, “This data does seem to run counter to the suggestion that Apple will also unveil a 6c … as we’re not seeing a third device being tested.”

Mass production of iPhone 6s will start in end of the August

Today another report from Ming-Chi Kuo told thatApple will start the mass productions of the upcoming iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s in the end of the August, but a Central News Agency of Taiwan claims that Apple will start the production after 1-2 weeks later than the date previously Ming-Chi Kuo told us, This may become a hurdle in future, But however this will not affect the launch date of the Next-Generation of iPhone, Which is mid-September as its Companies tradition from many previous years.

Manufacturing is divided in Foxconn and Pegatron on the basis of 60% and 40% respectively, while "iPhone 6s Plus" will be only Manufactured by Foxconn.Components of the upcoming iPhones like A9 Chipset, Pressure sensitive display and other parts are already in production, now what Foxconn and Pegatron just have to do is "Assemble".

As Demands for Apple's iPhones are increasing every year, So it's also reported that some of Foxconn's factories are offering over time to workers and employees, So that there will be no shortage of iPhone for customers. It's also reported that Apple is slowing down the iPhone 6 production to boost the production of upcoming iPhone.

We have received many rumors claiming that Next iPhone will feature 12-megapixel camera and display that can recognize harder and lighter tap on screen called " Force Touch ", A9 Chipset, 2GB of RAM and 7000 series aluminum that can eliminate "bendgate and may be 0.2mm thicker iPhone.

Are you concern if iPhone launches late ?

Apple probably working on a smaller battery for 'iPhone 6s' and 'iPhone 6c'

While we have seen so many leaks and rumors about the upcoming iPhone 6s and very few regarding the iPhone 6c. Most of the reports about the iPhone 6c speculate that it would be an iPhone with 4-inch display for those people who don't need the bigger iPhones. Although, there hasn't been any hardware news about the iPhone 6c since months.

Apparently, a French website Nowherelse.fr has gotten their hands on a battery that doesn't match with the size of any previous iPhone battery. The battery capacity is 1715 mAh,while the iPhone 6 has an 1810 mAh battery and the iPhone 6 Plus a 2915 mAh battery.

Well, now there could be two possibilities of this:

1: It could be the component of the rumored smaller 4-inch iPhone 6c, while having same specifications as the iPhone 6 but keeping the same small 4-inch display and a design closer to the iPhone 5s. If that is the case, the 1715 mAh battery would be a certain upgrade from the iPhone 5c's 1510 mAh battery. With the inclusion of iPhone 6's capabilities such as NFC, Touch ID, Bluetooth etc the battery surely needs an upgrade.

2: It is also feasible that the smaller battery is for the upcoming iPhone 6s. While downgrading power capacity from the iPhone 6, Apple is best known to enhance the efficiency of their internal parts to maintain strong battery life. Few months back, there were also reports that the iPhone 6s would have more power efficient parts, if so than these reports could be true.

What do you think? Let us know in the comments.

Foxconn to manufacturing iPhone in India

Rueter reported Foxconn is in talks with Indian government to open its first iPhone manufacturing plant in India. An Industrial told the publication that “Foxconn is sending a delegation of their officers to scout for locations in a month’s time.”

Foxconn is also planning to start 10-11 type of manufacturing plants in India, including the data centers by 2020. Its a profit deal for Foxconn if they start Manufacturing iPhone in India as the cost for iPhone is increasing day by day due to
wage inflation, But in India it will cost very much low and Indians are also ignoring iPhone for purchase as they want Apple to manufacture iPhone in India if they wanted to sell it in India. So it will benefit from all sorts.

But Foxconn is very much known for underage employment and forced to work overtime but it will be interesting to see it new policies in new country.

Are you happy with this decision of Foxconn ?

Hopefully the iPhone 6s will have a huge camera upgrade

The iPhone will have a huge camera boost as told by Weibo posting from Kevin Wang, IHS Technology Research Director in China.

Apple has been using 8-megapixel camera from a long time, the Wang says iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will have  a 12-megapixel camera and it will improve camera incredibly, the camera which already leads.

But as we know and Wang also told that megapixels are not the only factor decide camera quality and he told the Apple's also gonna use a small pixel sizes which are not large much in existing iPhone's which are not beneficial in low-light and also produces a lot of noise in the Photo and in these situations a larger pixel camera works well. But Apple knows what he doing and he know what price he is gonna pay if the Camera doesn't work as in previous generations.

This not the very first time heard about a camera megapixel boost in iPhone, but we are used to it as every year rumors like that comes out but its not important to believe on them as just after four months we see whats out with the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.

Recently we also heard that the next iPhone will have a dual lens camera with optical zoom and Force touch. And a rumors jumbo pack was also revealed by KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, also told the next iPhone will have a 12-megapixel camera and much more.

Is this what you are looking for "MegaPixels" ?

Apple Watch's password can be easily bypassed to pair iPhone with it

Apple Watch detects your wrist using Wrist-detection and don't show a password while you are wearing it but when you keep it off from your wrist it starts asking for password every time. On youtube the iDownloadblog shows how a thief is able to hard reset Apple Watch without any password and then the thief can pair it with any iPhone later then iPhone 5 running iOS 8.2.

Apple has protected iPhone with Activation Lock, means even if you do a hard reset and then when you will turn your iPhone start setting it up then it will ask for the owners Apple ID and Password. But however, Apple has done nothing like this to Apple Watch as it is able to be reseted without any password and can set-up freely.

Since Apple has introduced Activation lock from iOS 7 and make it turned on by default we have seen a huge decrease in iPhone thieves and as according to the official reports there is 50% reduction in iPhone thieves in London, 40% in San Francisco, 25% in New York.

Apple Watch is Protected with passcode, but not required until you take it off and then a hard reset allow anyone to pair their iPhone.

A hard reset can be done by a long press of Contact button on Apple Watch until the power off option appears and when you will Force Touch on it a dialogue box appears which shows the option to erase all contents and settings, and then simply you have to put Apple Watch on charge to reset no password required.

Many others also tried this and this actually works!

Eighty two % of all of the Apple devices are now running iOS 8

We know that Apple passed the Eighty percent mark on the launch of the Apple Watch, Apple's latest mobile operating system the iOS 8 has now found to be running on the Eighty two percent of all the Apple devices (iPhone,iPod Touch,iPad).

The data comes from the official App Store Distribution dashboard, which is Apple's portal for developers. iOS 7 still maintains seventeen percent share while older versions of iOS account for less than two percent.

It is worth mentioning that these numbers were obtained from iOS devices that accessed the App Store on May 11 ,2015.

Apple reported earlier this month that iPhone sales during the fiscal quarter surpassed Apple's expectations. That also suggests that iOS 8 gains are probably from newly purchased iOS devices instead of old iOS device upgraded to iOS 8.

Martin Hajek makes renders of Apple iPhone 7

Recently, there have been a lot of talks about what Apple will be having in stores for its 2015 iPhone line-up. While many say that Apple will follow its tradition and keep the same design and release iPhones with updated internals, and others say that Apple will break its tradition and jump straight to the iPhone 7. Which turns out be the case, designer Martin Hajek has created some marvelous renders of the Apple iPhone 7.

The first thing which draws attention from the renders of the iPhone 7 is the redesigned home button, which is integrated in the display. The other design features of the render include a front panel which is dominated by the display. The bezels are kept very minimal, the top bezel houses the front facing camera and proximity sensor. The back of the iPhone 7 features an illuminating Apple logo (which probably could be deactivated from the settings) and a camera with dual lens.

The German designer Martin Hajek created these renders for a German tech blog Computerbild.de

So what do you think about the renders? Let us know in the comment section below.

iPhone 6c camera sensors would be supplied by Sony, working hard to meet the demand

According to a report from Chinese IT analyst Pan Jiutang, Applehas placed so many order of Sony camera sensors. Chinese smartphone maker are working hard to meet the order supplies. It seems like Sony can only meet half of the camera sensor demand by those Chinese smartphone makers and the rest are going to be for the iPhone 6c. Reportedly, Apple is going to continue the iPhone c-series for those customer who prefer using 4-inch screen phones.

According to the source Huawei will only be able to ship 50% of the devices it planned to be accompanied with Sony cameras, while other contenders like ZTE, Coolpad and Oppo will reduce 10-30% of their production. The report says that Chinese companies will have to rely on alternatives from Toshiba, Samsung or Omni Vision. HTC had also turn to Toshiba for the camera sensor for its flagship the HTC One M9 though it's not a Chinese company.

Now suppliers formulate their products supply based on client's orders and size, thus such things won't be happening in the future.

Samsung loses 39% profit reason seems to be iPhone 6

On Wednesday Samsung reported net profit of 4.63 trillion won (4.35 billion) for the first quarter which is from January to March. That is approximately 39% drop from it's last year's quarter net profit of 7.39 trillion. Most of the profit drop comes from the Samsung Mobile Division which reported 2.74 trillion won ($2.5 billion) in the first quarter of 2015 versus 6.43 trillion won in the first quarter of 2014.

Samsung reported year-over-year profit loss but Samsung earning release also announced quarter-over-quarter improvement and Samsung mobile division also reported increased sales of middle-end smartphones including smartphones from the Galaxy A series. Samsung hasn't yet reported it's smartphone sales but according to analysts Samsung sold 83.2 million smartphones during the first quarter of 2015 versus Apple sold 61.2 million iPhones.

Samsung continued to hold the title of the world's largest smartphones maker due the high number of sales. But most of the sales were from low-end smartphones not from from the high-end ones, causing year-over-year profit drop. Some analyst believe that Samsung's profit loss is due to introduction of Apple iPhone 6 and the Apple 6 Plus with more larger display. Apple made a very smart move by introducing iPhones with larger screen size, and Apple has got successful in capturing those customer who were looking for bigger screen smartphones.

Samsung is expecting increase profits during the second quarter probably because of the global launch of the company's new flagships the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung S6 Edge and the company has also told that the demand for the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge is pretty high but due to limited supplies it will have limited sales.
