Yesterday at WWDC, Apple announced and previewed iOS 9 officially for the first time. One of the most prominent changes in the security department is the introduction of six-digit passcodes in iOS 9, Apple got rid of four-digit passcodes in iOS 9. In previous versions of iOS users were required to create four-digit passcodes.

The introduction of six-digits passcodes makes it even hard for strangers to guess your passcode and unlock your device.Still, there is an option to use the four-digit passcode. The passcode can now consist of both letters and digits, maker it even harder for strangers to guess your passcode. Definitely, a big step taken by Apple in-terms of security iOS devices.
