3D Touch will continue to work with iPhone 6s screen covers

According to Apple's senior Vice President of Marketing, Phill Schiller, Apple new 3D Touch technology will still work if you put on a screen protector over the display.

 Due to the fact that the new iPhone 6s sense the pressure applied on its display, we were worried that the Apple's new 3D Touch technology won't work with screen protectors. Thus to clear the confusion that will 3D Touch work with screen protectors or not?. The folks at 3D Tronics emailed Phill Schiller and got the reply from him that there is nothing to worry about, the 3D Touch will surely work will most of the screen protectors.

Here's what Apple said:

The 3D Touch technology is particularly available on certain Apple devices including iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. Both of the iPhones are set to launch on September 25th.
