Apple Watch Edition In Brazil Will Cost You around $30k

The Apple Watch which is company's first own timepiece, and Apple released the wearable a few days ago.Luckily some users buyers have already received their units and have started using the wearable while some are still waiting to get their hands on the wearable.


Electronics in Brazil are extremely expensive considering the fact that some of the companies that make electronics such as Foxconn also operates in the country as well. Did you know that Apple’s most expensive Apple Watch namely the "Apple Watch Edition"in the country will cost customers $30,000? That's too much for a watch isn't?

MacMagazine in Brazil who has listed the prices of the Apple Watch in the US against that in Brazil. The most expensive model of Apple Watch is the Apple Watch Edition which in the US would have cost $17,000, but after applying taxes, it goes up to $30,000 in Brazil.

The least expensive model of Apple Watch starts at $349 in the United States for the smaller, 38mm version, which is not a cheap price when compared to other smart wearables costing less than half of the price of the least expensive Apple Watch. While in Brazil that same model is even much more expensive. The price of the cheapest Apple Watch available is $625 in Brazil
